Coach Megan Dunn (Monastra) serves as the Volleyball Program Director at Sidwell Friends School, where she leads the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Middle School programs as head coach. Additionally, she offers volleyball clinics and training for MOCO Volleyball, sharing her passion for player development with athletes throughout the greater Washington, D.C. area.
Before coaching in D.C., Megan Dunn Volleyball was a key figure at Austin Velocity Club and developmental volleyball programs in Austin, Texas. Her coaching experience encompasses the full spectrum of the sport, from introducing new players to the fundamentals to preparing high school athletes for competition at the collegiate level.
A four-year letterwinner and two-time team captain, Megan played for the University of Scranton Women's Volleyball team from 2015 to 2019. During her collegiate career, she earned All-Landmark Conference Second Team honors and was twice named University of Scranton Athlete of the Week.
Off the court, Megan is a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care, where she brings the same dedication, discipline, and teamwork that define her coaching philosophy.

Coach Megan Dunn Volleyball is dedicated to helping each player discover their potential while fostering a deep love for the game. Through her volleyball clinics, she cultivates a positive team environment and provides personalized attention to body mechanics and form, ensuring that technical growth goes hand in hand with camaraderie.
Megan meets players wherever they are in their volleyball journey, building fundamentals and confidence for newer athletes, while also guiding college-bound players through the recruiting process. Her volleyball training includes clear, consistent communication with players and parents to keep everyone aligned on their goals and milestones that lead to success.
